The Tiger who came to tea

On Monday the children were greeted by a huge tiger who had taken up residence for the week in the role play area! He proceeded to eat all of the food in the cupboards and drink all of the water from the tap before leaving on Friday for his home in Milton-Under-Wychwood. The children have enjoyed the story and some have taken part in re-enacting the book. Others made tiger face masks and have played with bright orange and black playdough as well as painting stripes onto big pieces of paper. We have been making craft items to go on a ‘Tiger who came to Tea’ board which will be displayed in the hall so please do take a look.
