This was the children’s last time at the forest school site. The weather was amazing and luckily it was slightly cooler under the tree canopy. The children have really used the whole site area which has been great to see. Sharon very kindly made all the children a leaving gift of an awesome wooden cookie. On the way back to the gate they stopped and had a frozen treat! Then it was time for home. Do go out and about in the holidays, picnics are best. Even if you just go to the park, take some fruit and a drink, maybe a book for when they need a rest and enjoy the great outdoors.
