2 cups plain flour
2 tbsp vegetable oil
½ cup salt
2 tbsp cream of tartar
1 ½ cups of boiling water
1 sachet raspberry jelly powder
few drops glycerine can be used to make it more shiny
Mix the flour, salt, cream of tartar and oil
Add the boiling water
Stir continuously until it becomes a sticky, combined dough
Add glycerine now if using
Allow to cool and then knead vigorously until no longer sticky (add more flour if necessary).
