All 7 chicks are doing well, they have been eating chick crumbs with lots of fresh water. You can notice from the photo’s (taken at 12 days old) how their wing and tail feathers are growing. They are very lively and make lots of noise and are still under a heat lamp at the moment. Won’t be long before they are off to their new home in Somerset!
When they are grown up the chicks will look like the photo’s below – the yellow chicks are White Leghorns and the brown chicks are Cream Legbars.
