The long awaited 21st day arrived and we came into Tiddy Hall on Monday to the sound of cheeping! Great excitement all around and the staff were like mother hens! We removed the egg shells from the incubator and revisited how the little chicks got out of the shell by using their egg tooth –

This week we have enjoyed learning about Jungles whilst creating some lovely art projects…. Parrot figures with bright feathers, a huge brightly coloured snake and a bright orange orang-utan which will take pride of place on one of the board displays at Pre-School. We have also learnt two new songs, ‘there was a terrible crocodile’
Chinese New Year
Well, the week began celebrating Chinese New Year…….Year of the Monkey. All the children got to make a monkey mask, they listened very well placing the eyes above the nose & nearly all put the smiley mouth below the nose…with a couple of exceptions! Pop-Up Cafe
On Wednesday 17th February from 11.00 til 1.00 there will be a pizza cafe running in the Tiddy Hall. This will be a fundraising event for the Pre -school where the children will get to make pizzas. There will also be a Teddy Tennis demonstration at 11.00am to entertain the children and run off some
