It was so lovely to see the children arrive on Monday morning, all keen to come back into Pre-school and catch up with their friends and staff. Some were tentative at first, we all had a chat about the small groups of friends who now stay in their own classroom and have their own outdoor areas and there were lots of new routines to get used to. We can all still have sight of each other in our separate groups for singing, stories and some other activities. Again, we’ve been lucky with the weather and have been outside a lot of the time. On Wednesday everyone was really back to normal, the children were relaxed and there was lots of laughter, chatting and general playfulness going on! On Friday we had a socially distanced staff meeting after the session and were all commenting on what amazing, fantastic, adaptable children you all have. We are extremely proud of them all!
